Jamal and Ann Holmes Redding will be working together again during this class. There will be time for meditation, chanting, recitation of poetry and scripture, sharing wisdom, discussion of spiritual practices and question/answer time. The cost is $100 for all eight sessions, but drop-ins are welcome for $15 per class.
